1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilisv ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use jilisv services. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing gambling activities in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

2.3 Account Registration Process

2.4 Account Verification

2.5 Single Account Rule

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong password using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices
• Immediately notify jilisv customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. jilisv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You agree to maintain accurate account information and promptly update any changes to your contact details, payment information, or personal circumstances. Outdated information may result in delays processing withdrawals or difficulty recovering account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your jilisv account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100). Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment processing. jilisv does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to security reviews and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (₱200). All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal eligibility. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited to your jilisv account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible players at jilisv's sole discretion. Each bonus has specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 35x) before becoming withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution percentages are published in each bonus's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jilisv reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee profits from bonus funds
• Wagering on low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements

5.4 Promotion Modifications

jilisv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms apply prospectively and do not affect bonuses already claimed under previous terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the jilisv platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and approved by independent testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payback calculated over millions of rounds.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, including software errors, display errors, or technical failures, all affected bets and payouts are void. jilisv will refund affected stakes to player accounts. Malfunctions do not entitle players to winnings that would have been paid had the malfunction not occurred.

6.3 Disconnections

If your internet connection is interrupted during gameplay, any bets already placed remain valid and will be settled according to game outcomes. You may view results of interrupted sessions by accessing your gaming history after reconnecting.

6.4 Betting Limits

jilisv establishes minimum and maximum bet limits for each game type. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by jilisv at any time. Players who consistently bet at unusually high levels may be subject to enhanced monitoring or bet limit adjustments.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to give unfair advantage; exploiting software vulnerabilities; colluding with other players
• Money Laundering: Using jilisv services to transfer, disguise, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activities
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account; sharing login credentials
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks for deposits that were properly credited to your account
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing other players or jilisv staff; using offensive language in chat features; engaging in discriminatory behavior
• Terms Circumvention: Attempting to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion periods, or other restrictions through multiple accounts or deceptive practices

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. jilisv reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Personal Responsibility

Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. You agree to gamble responsibly within your personal financial means.

8.2 Self-Limitation Tools

jilisv provides responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits to cap total losses over specified periods
• Session time limits with automatic logout after configured durations
• Reality check reminders displaying time and money spent at regular intervals

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may self-exclude from jilisv for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, and all marketing communications cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use jilisv trademarks or branding without prior written authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilisv, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical issues
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials
• Losses resulting from your gambling activities
• Any damages exceeding the amount you have deposited with jilisv in the six months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jilisv services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

11.2 Complaint Procedure

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint describing the nature of the dispute, relevant account details, and desired resolution. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jilisv account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

12.2 Company-Initiated Termination

jilisv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• Required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of jilisv services. If your account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If closed for other reasons, legitimate balances will be returned after deducting processing fees.

13. Modifications to Terms

jilisv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and by prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with modifications, you must stop using our services and close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
